In response to the global COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, offices underwent strategic changes to encourage people to return to the workspace. The project's main goal was to foster a sense of community and promote collaboration while accommodating those who prefer independent work. This led to the separation of fixed and flexed areas.

LEVEL THREE
Wellness areas in office design, influenced by residential principles, play a vital role in fostering a holistic work environment. These spaces prioritize mental well-being by offering relaxation zones and stress-relieving amenities like meditation rooms. Emphasis is placed on physical comfort and health through ergonomic furniture and layouts that encourage movement.
Wellness areas also provide spaces for nutrition and hydration, promoting overall health. Moreover, they facilitate social interaction and community-building, enhancing the sense of belonging among employees. By incorporating these elements, offices can cultivate environments that prioritize employee well-being, leading to increased satisfaction and productivity.
